To my valued customers,
Like many industries struggling to reinvent in response to COVID, the hospitality and tourism industry is now poised for a significant paradigm shift. At this time I am choosing to further my formal education in the hopes that I may gain fresh perspective and skills, to help drive changes in a positive way. I will be putting Tria’s catering division on hold while I pivot and reinvent the company for the long-term.
To my long-term customers and community partners, many of whom I am happy to call my friends; this is not the end of Tria Fine Catering, it is a reinvention. As the restrictions change and we begin to see how we can proceed with events, please know that I will be here to assist you in any way I can. I may not be able to offer you my catering services, but as a community partner, I will happily share my experience. I’ve worked with many of you for over a decade; we have a lot of history. I will respectfully honour that history by working with your new partners and sharing my experience.
And to my wonderful team, past and present, I miss you every day. You approached your job with determination and purpose; with poise and grace; with laughter and joy; with professionalism and patience. You are exceptional. Thank you for your support and service. Let’s hope the next time we see each it’s for our very own party. And what a party it will be!
